COVID-19 Important Update

COVID-19 | Important Update to Changes in Client Care

Dear Clients and Friends,

As we work through the COVID-19 Pandemic together we are changing the way we provide client care to ensure that our shared well-being remains our top priority.  The changes are aligned with the recommendations from our government, public health authorities and the recent communication from the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Online / Telephone Psychotherapy Only | 100% Virtual

Our offices remain open yet as of Monday, March 23rd and until further notice all psychotherapy sessions will be provided via secure online video calls or by telephone calls.  We will not be providing in-person psychotherapy until the CRPO informs us otherwise.

Late Cancel / Cancellation Fees 100% Waived

During this period we will be cancelling all late cancel fees.  If you have a scheduled appointment you will be free to cancel without any charge at any time.  Our hope is that this will allow you some additional flexibility during this trying time to attend to urgent matters as they arise (i.e. child care, elderly parent care, etc.).  If possible, we would greatly appreciate as much lead time if you know that you’ll need to cancel an appointment.

Staying Safe

When we work with a client their entire family becomes as important to us as our client.  In addition to psychotherapists we are also fathers, partners, brothers, sons, uncles, cousins, etc.  As a result, our heart is focused on all of our shared well-being.  Please stay as safe as you can and use government resources when looking for helpful information.

Here you will find the COVID-19 Health Advice from the City of Toronto.

We are Here for You

To the extent possible, we are here for you.  If there are any questions or any other items of support required please do not hesitate to ask.

We sincerely thank you for your understanding, patience and cooperation.

Sincerely,

Men Therapy Toronto Team
